Varsity Softball Field at Sage Park

The improvements to the Sage Park softball field extend beyond renovations to the field’s playing surface. The project addressed accessibility concerns for athletes and spectators, provided additional storage, and incorporated utility improvements in preparation for future replacement of the field lighting system. To minimize the amount of time the field was unusable, the field was surfaced with sod instead of seeding. This change allowed for the renovations to occur outside of the spring softball season and the field to be utilized for the spring season.
