Kaestle Boos Associates, Inc. analyzed the modifications necessary to update and expand the historic 1880 New Britain City Hall. Extensive restoration was performed to the exterior facade, including powerwashing, repointing of masonry, window replacement, roof replacement, repair of roof soffit and oak outlooks. Interior restoration included extensive refitting, code updates, cleaning and polishing of marble wainscots and floors. All renovations and restorations were in strict compliance with the Connecticut Historical Society.
