Due to cost considerations, this facility was designed as a pre-engineered, metal building. Split face masonry, 6-over-6 windows and faux colonial details were incorporated to meet the concerns of the historic district in which the site is located. Features include 4 double-loaded, drive-through apparatus bays, a hose tower, administrative offices, individual lounges for each discipline, male and female bunk rooms, and a shared kitchenette.
