The new police station replaced the existing station which was too small to house all staff members. Features of the new facility include a large training/community room, secure prisoner processing and detention area, upgrade dispatch/E911 center, private interview rooms, fitness center, and drive-thru sally port. The training room also serves as the Emergency Operations Center for the town. The project was completed approximately $400,000 under budget.
