The renovation-as-new project included the repair and renovation of the entire facility including classrooms, science labs, the cafeteria and food service area, gymnasiums, pool and natatorium, media center, and auditorium. Mechanical and electrical system, code compliance, and security upgrades were also completed. The project met Connecticut High Performance Building requirements.
