KBA provided site assessment services and architectural design services for Connecticare's 100,000 square foot operations center and customer service call center. The fit-out was achieved through close collaboration with the client to provide an atmosphere that is efficient and productive for staff.
Significant site evaluation and planning improvements were developed to minimize impact to sensitive adjacent environmental areas. A complete traffic analysis was also provided as a part of this project.
In 2009, construction of a new 60,000 square foot facility was completed. The new building is connected to the existing facility by an enclosed walkway.
